Local information for Exeter, Devon, EX5 7DL

Ten years’ in the planning, the New Community at Cranbrook represents a new and exciting development in the East of Exeter.

Close to Junction 29 of the M5 and overlooking the A30 Cranbrook offers fantastic transportation links to Exeter and the wider South West. Exeter Airport offers European links and is within a short drive of Cranbrook

Environmentally friendly Cranbrook has its own District Heating System to enable its Carbon Footprint to be reduced. New Homes will not have a boiler but will have hot water piped from a central source within Cranbrook giving hot water and heating 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Fuelled by a sustainable source in the long term this will reduce the use of fossil fuels.
