All this means that when you move in, all those special details will have been taken care of for you. Then all you have to do is sit back and enjoy all the comforts of home right from day one. All the features, none of the hassle. It makes home buying easier than ever.
Each item has been carefully selected to complement the high-quality finish of your new Persimmon home. Finishing Touches allow you to create the perfect look for your new home, ready for when you move in.

From chrome fittings to conservatories, and floor coverings to fireplaces, the choice is yours.
Practical items such as alarm systems, turfed gardens, additional electrics, loft ladders and TV aerials are also available, along with many more to make life a little easier.

Quality conservatories
The most sought-after investment in a new home after occupation is a conservatory, so why not save the time and hassle and the cost of VAT by ordering your conservatory before you move in?
Please be aware that certain planning restrictions and specific ground conditions means we are sometimes unable to accept conservatory requests. Please check with your Sales Adviser before reserving your new home.
Whilst our Finishing Touches scheme is available to everyone who buys a Persimmon home, the choice and price of items available does vary from development to development. Local Planning and Building Regulations may affect your choice, and the stage of construction at which you place your order may also determine what is possible.
