As part of our growing commitment to providing our purchasers with the very best service both before and after you move into your new home, we fully support the introduction of the new Consumer Code for Home Builders.
The Consumer Code sets out to safeguard new homebuyers and ensure that they are treated fairly, know what service levels to expect, are given reliable information upon which to make their decisions and know how to access speedy, low-cost dispute resolution arrangements if they are dissatisfied.
