For mortgages up to 80% of the purchase price, Persimmon will provide a subsidy to reduce the lenders rate of 3.94% to 1.50% (1.0% above Bank of England Base Rate) for two years after which time the lender's standard variable rate will apply. The subsidy will be paid at completion as a lump sum equal to 4.88% of the loan amount. There is a lender's fee for this product of £995 which can be added to the loan and redemption penalties apply in the first two years. This offer is subject to security, status, terms and conditions and is available on selected properties up to £250,000. It is not available to persons under 18 and can be withdrawn at any time. A first charge will be required over the property. Persimmon cannot advise you on mortgages. The mortgage details are provided by Mortgage Bureau, the trading name of Mortgage Stop Ltd authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. Written illustrations available on request.
