We use physical activity to positively impact children and families' physical health, mental well-being and personal and social outcomes. Currently our work is based in schools, however the negative impact that Covid-19 has had on children’s physical and mental health has highlighted the need for our services to be more accessible. Our goal is to develop community-based programmes for children in some of the most deprived areas in Gloucestershire; inspiring them to be more physically active, achieve the Chief Medical Officers recommended uptake of 1 hour of physical activity per day and recover both physically and mentally from the pandemic.
