The first few days
If you find that there are any minor problems once you’ve moved in, please give us a call. Making sure your first days in your new home are happy ones is a priority at Persimmon and we will deal with any minor issues quickly and conveniently.
During normal office working hours you will have access to our dedicated customer care helpline and our experienced customer care teams. Full details of telephone numbers and contacts, including emergency helplines will be contained within your Masterfile, provided when you reserve your new home.
If you have any queries or concerns about your home, members of our sales and construction teams are on hand in our sales office every Monday between 5.00 pm and 6.00 pm (except Bank Holidays). They will be happy to resolve any issues relating to your new home.
For added peace of mind, we provide an NHBC ten year warranty with your new home. We also ensure manufacturers comply with the warranties they provide on appliances and fixtures fitted to your new home.
