From Exeter, head west on A38
towards Torquay/Plymouth. At the split, follow signs for A380 Torquay and
continue along this road for approximately 15.3 miles. At the roundabout, take
the 2nd exit onto Marldon Way. Follow this road for approximately
0.4 miles, then at the roundabout take the 2nd exit on to Kings Ash
Road. Then, after approximately 0.7 miles, take a right hand turn into Cotehele
Drive. Take the next left hand turn into Lutyens Drive. Follow this road
for approximately 0.2 miles, then take a right hand turn into Alfriston Road,
where you will see signage for the Persimmon Homes marketing suite.
