Crofton Walk has good transport links, the village is near junction 5 and 7 of the M27 which is 5 miles to the south, plus junction 12 and 13 of the M3, 3 miles to the east. Fair Oak has a local bus service which passes along Mortimers Lane which leads onto Fareham bus station. Local buses are located along Winchester Road which connects to Southampton city centre.
