From the M53 Junction 8, exit the motorway and take the first exit on to B5463 (Rossmore Road East). The site is immediately on the right hand side.
Ellesmere Park is well placed for commuters with many excellent transport links nearby.
The M53 motorway is within a couple of minute’s drive of the development, giving easy access to Chester and the Wirral, and leading to the city of Liverpool via the Mersey Tunnel in around 30 minutes. The M56 motorway leads eastward to Warrington, Manchester and links to the M6.
