Set against the green fields of the Tiffey Valley, Wymondham is a picture-perfect market town with its red roofs and outstanding historic buildings. The impressive towers of the Abbey Church, founded in 1107, can be seen standing proudly from the lush meadows surrounding the town.

Wymondham is a historic market town in Norfolk just 7.8 miles from the south west of the city of Norwich, with its iconic 17th century Market Cross still standing majestically in the centre of town. Maintaining its market town atmosphere, Wymondham boasts a good range of shops, facilities, boutiques, tea rooms and a range of restaurants all set amongst winding medieval streets. As well as a weekly market, held every Friday. On the third Saturday of every month, a farmer’s market is held, where you can taste the delights of Norfolk’s famous local produce.

Plenty of schools to choose from…

Wymondham is ideal for families, offering a wide range of educational facilities accommodating children from primary school to high school, with the Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ Wymondham High School, which also has a Sixth Form. This, together with its wide range of new modern homes, charming unspoilt streets, a good range of amenities and excellent roads links, means Wymondham has a great deal going for it.
