    You’ll be well connected...

    Buying a new home at Eve Parc means you’ll only be a short drive from connecting roads meaning you’ll have fantastic access to Truro and the rest of Cornwall.

    Traveling by rail is also easy as Eve Parc is just 1.6 miles from Penmere train station, which heads east to Plymouth. Head north west out of Falmouth and the A394 provides speedy routes to Penzance, the A39 goes north to Truro and the A393 north west to Redruth.
