Greenfields is our new collection of two, three and four bedroom homes, located in the charming market town of Narberth in Pembrokeshire. Our range of designs means there’s something for everyone, from first time buyers to those looking for more space.
Being able to make the most of your stunning surroundings is a huge benefit of living at Greenfields. Close to the development is Canaston Woods, a pretty area of woodlands, offering a range of outdoor activities such as walking, cycling and horse riding. To experience the outdoors on a larger scale, take a 15-mile drive to the west where you’ll find the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, a spectacular mix of rugged scenery, sandy beaches and wildlife. Here you’ll find endless outdoor activities, ranging from a relaxing coastal walk to adrenalin-fuelled water sports, including kayaking, surfing and kite-surfing.
There are many days out within easy reach of Greenfields from the local museum, where you can learn about the town’s fascinating history, to Narberth Castle, the ruins of a 13th-century Norman fortress. Slightly further afield is the Blue Lagoon water park, Oakwood theme park and Folly Farm Adventure Farm - all perfect for entertaining the children. Let’s not forget, the many beautiful beaches for sandcastle-making, picnics and splashing in the waves.
Narberth’s popular high street is home to some independent shops, selling a range of items from vintage clothing, fine art and antiques, to fashion, furniture and delicious local produce. Larger stores like Morrisons, Tesco and Aldi are just 13-miles away in Haverfordwest.
Local leisure activities in Narbeth are easily reached from the Greenfields development. Half a mile away, within walking distance, is the Bloomfield House Community Centre, a local leisure and recreation facility for residents of Narberth. Adult education, childcare facilities and sports facilities are all available for use, including two squash courts, 5-a-side football, basketball, netball, tennis, table tennis and a fitness suite. Even closer, just a third of a mile walk from Greenfields, is Swim Narberth, the first community-owned swimming pool in Pembrokeshire, offering a timetable of lessons and water-based classes, including aqua fit, ladies-only sessions and a canoe club.
Evening entertainment in Narberth includes a choice of food and drink in the local restaurants and pubs or a visit to The Queen’s Hall, a live music venue and theatre. Here you’ll find an eclectic mix of music and comedy as well as local shows, gigs and a cafe. Within walking distance of the town’s eateries is the Reel Cinema.
With stunning scenery, a choice of modern homes and great local amenities, Greenfields could be your ideal place to live.
