Saffron Walden County High School, has the accolade of being home to Saffron Hall - a 730-seater venue which came about as a result of a £10 million donation by an anonymous music-loving donor.

Little Walden is a small settlement in the Uttlesford district, Essex. It lies about 3 miles (5 km) north of the market town of Saffron Walden and is 12 miles (19 km) from Cambridge.
