Persimmon Homes West Scotland are seeking an Assistant Sales Administrator to join their Sales Team in their Garthamlock Offices close to Glasgow Fort Retail Park. As an Assistant Sales Administrator, you will mainly be responsible for fielding, managing and measuring daily sales related telephone enquiries, registration of completed new home warranties and all related administration including data entry on the COINS IT system, interact with colleagues and customers maintaining a helpful approach to all, file and retrieve company documents, records and reports ensuring filing is up to date and well managed and also be responsible for stock taking and replenishment.
The successful candidate should have some GCSE’s including English and Maths. Experience is not essential, although recognition that this is a routine based role where strong organisational skills are necessary, as is the ability to work well within a team environment. Training will be provided.
The successful candidate will be IT conversant with MS suite, methodical and numerate with a high attention to detail in the face of tight deadlines and possess accurate data entry skills. You will have the ability to prioritise, multi task and work to deadlines. You’ll embody a positive approach with a professional attitude to enable you to deal confidently with colleagues at all levels.
