Persimmon Homes Lancashire requires a Customer Care Administrator to provide support within our Customer Care Department. This is an extremely busy environment and duties will include managing queries from clients and contractors, handling incoming phone calls, monitoring email inbox, general admin duties such as, scanning and copying incoming and outgoing correspondence and accurate and timely inputting of information onto our database. The role is based within a small team and also involves effective working with other parts of the business.
The successful candidate will have at least 5 GCSE passes (grades A-C or 9-4) or Equivalent. Experience of working in an office environment or in the construction industry would be of benefit but is not essential. You must have experience of dealing with customers and the ability to work under pressure. Full training will be provided on our in-house database system (COINS).
The successful candidate must be well organised, self motivated and have a confident telephone manner. You will have strong communication skills; both written and oral with the ability to pay attention to detail. You must be IT literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, have the ability to work as part of a team and to provide excellent customer service at all times.
