Persimmon Homes Suffolk are seeking a Customer Care Co-ordinator to join their customer care team in the new office in Great Blakenham, Ipswich, covering sites across the Suffolk and North Essex Region. As a customer Care Coordinator with Persimmon Homes, reporting to the Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating Customer Care across a number of developments, efficiently and politely dealing with customers following their house purchase, arranging contractors, ordering materials and prioritising a busy work load.
The successful candidate is likely to have customer service experience within an office environment,with a good telephone manner. Must have a good level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Previous experience in the construction industry would be advantageous.
The successful candidate will be confident, organised, self-motivated, efficient and capable of managing their time in order to provide a quality service to our customers. The ability to communicate at all levels both internally and externally.
