Persimmon Homes Suffolk are seeking a Customer Care Co-Ordinator to join their customer care team in the new office in Great Blakenham, Ipswich, covering the Suffolk and North Essex Region. As a customer Care Coordinator with Persimmon Homes you will be responsible for efficiently and politely dealing with customers following their house purchase, arranging contractors, ordering materials and prioritising a busy work load.
Qualifications / Experience
The successful candidate is likely to have customer service experience within an office environment, with a good telephone manner. Must have a good level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Full driving licence would be an advantage.
The role is varied and will require a highly organised, enthusiastic and highly motivated individual with good communication and someone that is able to work accurately and efficiently.
