Persimmon Homes Central require a Customer Care Co-ordinator to join their small and friendly team, based in Castle Bromwich. The Customer Care Coordinator role will involve taking calls from customers, coordinating/scheduling technicians and subcontractors. The job is very fast-paced and would suit someone that has come from a similar background.
The successful candidate should have previous customer services experience.
The successful candidate must have good administration skills, attention to detail and an excellent telephone manner.
