Persimmon Homes Teesside is seeking an experienced Customer Care Co-ordinator to work in the Thornaby office. The successful applicant will be required to liaise with customers after they have moved into their new Persimmon Home to coordinate any post-occupation issues that may arise. Effective liaison with our customers, suppliers, sub-contractors and in-house Customer Care Operatives is essential to ensure issues are dealt with in a timely manner and to the complete satisfaction of the homeowner.
The successful candidate must have good IT skills and a good understanding of English. The successful candidate must demonstrate a proven track record in a customer service environment. Experience in the volume housebuilding sector would be of benefit but is not essential.
The ability to confidently communicate with people by telephone and email in a professional manner is crucial to the role. All customer care activity is recorded on the company’s software system for which full training will be provided. HNC in a Building or Customer Care subject is desirable.
