Persimmon Homes Cornwall require a Customer Care Co-Ordinator to work at our Launceston office. The key responsibilities of the role are dealing with incoming communications from customers, managing their issues either via site or contractors and monitoring the progress. This will also involve dealing with Site Managers and contractors in order to get the issues resolved in a timely manner, ordering materials and general administration, also dealing with inhouse maintenance operatives and issuing works out to them.
You will have good level of computer literacy including Microsoft word and excel. An excellent telephone manner with good typing skills are essential for this role. The ability to deal with customer at all levels and ensure the customers journey is followed via our processes.
The successful applicant will be a well organised, self motivated individual and possess good communication skills for this fast paced environment. It is essential that you have customer service experience within an office environment, ideally in the building industry. You will be able to multitask, prioritise your workload and be able to work on your own initiative as well as being a team player and be capable of handling 24 hour turnaround of emails and calls.
