Persimmon Homes South Midlands is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Care Co-ordinator to join our busy team based at our Studley office. Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, you will co-ordinate the rectification of remedial works in our customers’ new homes by liaising and arranging appointments with purchasers, site managers, contractors and our internal maintenance team to ensure that works run smoothly thorough to completion whilst keeping all parties informed throughout the process.
You will have a strong administrative background in a customer service role. Previous employment within the house building sector / construction industry together with basic technical knowledge, whilst not essential, would also be highly advantageous.
Computer literacy and excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to prioritise a busy workload are essential to this role. Do you have a meticulous eye for detail?
