Persimmon Homes East Wales requires 3 Customer Care Co-ordinators to work at our offices in Llantrisant. The key responsibilities of the role are dealing with incoming communications from customers, managing their issues either via site or contractors and monitoring the progress. This will also involve dealing with Site Managers and contractors in order to get the issues resolved in a timely manner, ordering materials and general administration, also dealing with in house maintenance operatives and issuing works out to them.
You will have good level of computer literacy including Microsoft word and excel. An excellent telephone manner with good typing skills are also essential for this role. Also the ability to deal with customer at all levels and ensure the customers journey is followed via our processes.
The successful applicants will be a well organised, self motivated individuals and possess good communication skills for this fast paced environment. It is desirable that you will have customer service experience within an office environment, ideally in the building industry but this is not essential. You will be able to multitask, prioritise your workload and be able to work on your own initiative as well as being a team player and be capable of handling 24 hour turnaround of emails and calls.
