Based at our Harworth office the right candidate will communicate with our customers, site managers, directly employed maintenance operatives and contractors to encourage customers to provide us with information about any problems that they may have, to record that information carefully on our computer system, and to arrange for their problems to be addressed as quickly as possible by coordinating appointments, labour and parts. This is an office based role. The role is available after continued success and expansion at Persimmon Homes South Yorkshire and close to the A1 and Bawtry. The office will operate autonomously and will be fully staffed in all departments. It will cover a geographical area to the south of the Humber, from Sheffield to Grimsby and encompassing Lincoln City at the southern end. Team spirit and a can-do attitude will pervade the activities of the South Yorkshire office which already has the benefit of a sound land bank, but will be eager to acquire additional good quality land to continue growth of the company.
Qualifications / Experience
The successful candidate is likely to have customer service experience and be able to schedule and coordinate appointments (although not essential) Knowledge of house building preferable.
In addition to a good level of computer literacy including Word and Excel, an excellent telephone manner within an office environment with the ability to plan ahead and prioritise the workload.
