Persimmon Homes North London require a Customer Care Maintenance Operative. You will travel around volume housing projects and carry out remedial works under the supervision of the Customer Care Manager. Working as part of a team you will be given a schedule of works and will be working in private occupied properties.
The hours of work are flexible depending on demand but are a basic 44 hr week worked anytime between Mon – Fri 08:00 to 20:00 and Sat 08:00 to 17:00. Overtime would be available at a basic rate for any hours worked above the basic.
You will possess a proven track record in Customer Care/Service in a fast paced business environment within the housing industry. A recognised trade qualification is a distinct advantage. You will need to be able to drive, therefore a full driving license is essential and be within an easy commute to Home Counties.
The successful candidate will have a multi-skilled background and be proficient in some or all areas of carpentry, tiling, decorating or plumbing.
