Group Cladding Project Manager – Camberley based with travel
Persimmon Homes PLC are recruiting for a strong Project Management candidate with proven Cladding experience to become the Group Cladding Project Manager based at our Camberley office you will report to the Group Special Projects Director.

The key responsibility of this role will be to provide the project management for the investigation and remediation of Cladding projects for the Company across the south and central areas. You will be responsible for the allocated budget and management of the project team and design consultants.
The role will include:
Maintain comprehensive budgets and project schedules as outlined by the company guidelines
Monitor the compliance with building and safety codes and other regulations as per the company Health and Safety policy and review site safety plans and ensure the communication and administration of specific requirements.
Review all consultant and contractor reports and proposals for investigations and remedial proposals
Coordinate and manage site related issues whilst maintaining a high level of customer service
Ensure regular liaison with each project team to record progress against programme and prepare minutes of the same
Maintain project tracking logs, change orders, submittals, site deliveries and critical material shipments
Maintain Project Status Reports for the Group Special Projects Director and participate in internal project status meetings
Ensure regular contact with building Freeholders in conjunction with the relevant building project team
If this sounds appealing to you we will require:
That you are ideally qualified to HNC or degree level or equivalent in a Building related subject. It is not essential that you have worked for a house-builder, we will strongly consider someone who has worked within a Cladding Installation Site Management or Project Management role with a specialist cladding contractor or main contractor. It is essential that you have excellent organisational and customer facing skills and it would be a distinct advantage to have a good appreciation of cladding design. This role will involve travel throughout the south and central areas.
