Description

Persimmon Homes North Midlands require experienced Customer Care maintenance operatives to work within occupied properties on a range of new build developments within the North Midlands region which covers Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Northamptonshire, Warwickshire and Staffordshire.

Qualifications / Experience

The successful candidates will be able to use their own initiative, be self motivated and have good customer service skills.

Skills

The successful candidates will have previous experience in all areas of maintenance, i.e. decoration, localised plastering, joinery, tiling and sealant
