Persimmon Homes West Wales requires an Office Trainee to work at our office based in Penllergaer, Swansea to assist in administration paperwork, answering telephones and general support for other admin staff. This is a varied role that will provide support to the administrative team already established within the business and is an opportunity for someone who is interested in developing their administration/office support skills.
General duties will include photocopying, filing, collating and inputting information, assisting all departments with administration duties and the occasional cover of Reception. Full training will be given in-house.
The successful candidate will be ideally educated to a good standard including English and Maths GCSE Grade C or above. No specific experience is required, as on the job training will be given, although a helpful, flexible and accommodating approach would be an advantage.
The candidate will have good telephone manner, IT skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (to include Word and Excel), organised, enthusiastic with a positive attitude to work and keen to learn.
