Persimmon Homes Essex require a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director/Office Manager to be based at our regional office in Witham. You will manage the support functions closely with the departmental heads. In addition to general secretarial and office manager duties, the role will involve tasks relating to HR, payroll administration, customer care, company car fleet management, liaison with Group, collation of weekly reports and coordinating the flow of information to the management team and to Group.
The successful candidate must have a good level of literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
You should be highly organised, self motivated and proactive with excellent secretarial and interpersonal skills. You will be required to maintain a professional and courteous attitude with the ability to act with complete discretion.
