RTPI Planner or Senior Planner – Maidstone

Persimmon Homes South East has a vacancy for a RTPI Planner or Senior Planner to join their successful and growing land and planning team. This role is based in the regional office in Maidstone with a geographical area operating across Kent, Sussex and the outer SE London Boroughs.

As a Planner or Senior Planner with Persimmon Homes you will be part of a small yet busy planning team, handling a varied range of planning applications for both strategic and immediate sites, of varying scales and complexity. The role offers a broad area of responsibility for all areas of the development process including planning policy and promotional work along with detailed development management and delivery.

If this sounds appealing to you we will require:

Someone who has initiative, is committed and commercially minded. The successful applicant will have a Degree / Masters Planning Degree with RTPI accreditation and a rounded knowledge of planning. It is likely that you have experience working for a developer, local authority or planning consultancy.
