Persimmon Homes North Midlands require a full time Sales Advisor to work on their new home developments in Derbyshire. You will be responsible for negotiating with potential purchasers throughout the house purchase process. You will be required to work 35 hours per week, Thursday to Monday. The role requires weekend and Bank Holiday working, therefore you must be flexible.
Qualifications / Experience
The successful candidate must have previous experience in the field of private house sales including achieving sales targets. Own transport and full driving licence is essential.
The successful candidate should be enthusiastic about sales, possessing the ability to combine strong organisation and communication skills; you will also be confident and self motivated, along with the ability to deliver high levels of customer service. You should have a ‘can do’ approach and able to work independently as well as in a team. Attention to detail and accuracy is key to this role.
