Persimmon East Midlands require experienced Sales Advisors to work on our new home developments within a 50 mile radius of Peterborough. You will be responsible for negotiating with potential purchasers throughout the house purchase process. Must be flexible and able to work weekends and bank holidays.
The successful candidates will have previous experience in the field of private house sales, including achieving sales targets.
The successful candidates should be enthusiastic about sales, possessing the ability to combine strong organisation, communication and customer service skills. You will be confident and self motivated along with the ability to deliver high levels of customer service and possess a positive ‘can do’ approach being able to work independently as well as in a team. Attention to detail and accuracy is key to this role.
