As a Sales Progressor you will primarily deal with progressing all new build sales and part exchange in a timely manner from reservation to completion for the regional business with constant liaison between legal teams, external solicitors, purchasers, financial advisors and government bodies in order to meet the demanding targets. You will also prepare weekly sales reports and assisting the Sales Manager with sales forecasts, ensuring purchasers’ information is compliant and up to date and assisting with any customer queries.
The successful candidate will have experience of sales administration/progression or working in a conveyancing department, who is interested in working for a national house builder.
The successful candidate will be proactive, hardworking, reliable and customer-focused. You will also be organised with a good eye for detail, possess excellent communication skills and be a good team player.
