Persimmon Homes South Yorkshire require a Senior Customer Care Coordinator to be based at their office in Harworth. Reporting to the Customer Care Manager the successful candidate will communicate with our customers following house purchase, booking in outstanding work, liaising with external contractors, to include general office duties, contacting sites on a weekly basis. The ability to prioritise workloads and work in a busy office environment. Highlight areas of improvements and implementing and owning those changes. This will also include dealing with escalated complaints, attend meetings when necessary, assist team members, maintain data spreadsheets to support the Customer Care Manager.
Knowledge of working with a high volume house builder and experience on coins based software would be advantageous but not essential.
The successful candidate will have a good level of computer literacy including Word and Excel, an excellent telephone manner
