FibreNest are looking to recruit a Service Support Administrator to join their team based in Exeter. The role of the Service Support Administrator is to provide administrative and clerical support to the FibreNest central operations team necessary to ensure the successful and timely provision of high quality, end user broadband services.
The post holder is responsible for reliably and accurately conducting FibreNest’s key back-office processes in order for field-based installation activities to take place efficiently and so that customers’ experiences are seamlessly managed. These include both internal and external facing activities such as arranging compensatory service and goodwill gesture payments, production of fibre design documentation and general administrative duties.

Occasional travel to the Group’s headquarters in York will also be expected on at least a semi-annual basis. The potholder may occasionally be required to work extra hours including evenings and weekends if required by project timescales or for essential support.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a project administration or similar role, along with having experience using Microsoft Office platforms. Whilst not essential, experience within construction or property sectors and a basic understanding of UK telecoms networks, technologies and trends would be advantageous.
The successful candidate will be positive, self-motivated and be able to respond effectively in a fast paced dynamic environment along with having the ability to work at speed under pressure. They will also have strong interpersonal and customer facing skills along with being a clear, concise communicator. Candidates should also have good problem-solving skills, be a logical thinker and a team player and have the ability to build positive relationships with a diverse workforce.
