Persimmon Homes South Yorkshire has a vacancy for an experienced site manager. Reporting to the construction director, your key responsibilities will be day-to-day supervision and management of construction, managing the programme to budget, health & safety and, achieving high standards of customer care including quality control.
The site manager role involves leading all site operations, working with contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure high quality work. In addition, you will be carrying out inspections and organising all labour and construction materials, liaising closely with customers, sales office and team colleagues to ensure the product is delivered on time.
Qualifications / Experience
The role requires a confident leader with a proven track record in site management coupled with vast experience from within a volume house building environment. You will possess the skills, knowledge and experience to ensure compliance to build along with high safety standards. You must have an up to date CSCS card (black management card), along with current SMSTS and FAW. Other qualifications such as BTEC or NVQ4 in Site Management would be an advantage but not essential. Full UK Driving Licence required.

A methodical and analytical thought process with strong all-round communication skills enabling you to report clearly on production process and quality.
