Persimmon Homes North Scotland has a vacancy for an experienced Site Manager. Reporting to the Construction Director, your key responsibilities will be day-to-day supervision and management of construction, managing the programme to budget, Health & Safety, and achieving high standards of customer care, including quality control. The Site Manager role involves managing all site operations, working with contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure high quality work. In addition, you will be carrying out inspections and organising all labour and construction materials, liaising closely with customers, sales office and team colleagues to ensure the product is delivered on time.
The role requires a confident leader with a proven track record in site management, ideally in a house building environment. You will possess the knowledge and experience to ensure compliance to build and safety standards. You must have an up to date CSCS card (black management card is preferable), along with current SMSTS. Other qualifications such as BTEC or NVQ4 in Site Management, current First Aid Certificate and Scaffold appreciation would be an advantage. Full UK Driving Licence required.
