As a Utilities Co-ordinator based within the Technical Department, the role will be to take the responsibility for, and manage external engineering consultants, and utilities companies, as well as Local Authorities. This will draw on your project management and administration skills, and experience in the utilities sector, in order to lead on all utility matters for a variety of residential projects.
Qualifications / Experience
The successful candidate should have experience in the field of utilities.
The successful candidate should have good IT skills, be organised, enthusiastic and a team player and have the ability to work under pressure.
