Based at our York offices the role will entail checking, inputting and costing of employee time sheets on our in house system, as part of our weekly wages team, dealing with starters and leavers and generally assisting in the administration of our weekly payroll.
The working pattern is Monday to Thursday 9 am to 5 pm and Friday 9 am to 4.30 pm.
The applicant will have had some experience in a finance administration role. Accuracy and numeracy are critical skills and the applicant will need the ability to work to tight deadlines. Payroll experience is ideal, however other Finance experience is also useful.
The successful applicant will be methodical and accurate. You must have a positive outlook together with a professional attitude, and be confident in dealing with both internal management and employees.
