Persimmon Homes appoints new Head of Sales

An Ipswich business woman has joined Persimmon Homes as head of sales covering the Essex region.

Louise Trail joined Persimmon Homes Essex from competitor Bloor Homes. The mother of one brings more than 12 years’ experience in the construction industry with her, having started her property career as a sales advisor.

She will be based at the Persimmon Homes Essex head office in Witham.

Louise said she is hugely excited by the challenge of heading the department and looks to continue to build on successful sales figures.

Commenting on her new role, she added: “Working closely with the sales advisors across the region, I will be helping to drive footfall into our show homes and bring new developments to market.”

“I think this is going to be a very exciting and challenging role and look forward to settling in with the team.”

Phil Standen, managing director for Persimmon Homes Essex, said: “Louise is a fantastic addition to our team, bringing with her many years of experience, and we’re sure she’s going to do a brilliant job and drive the business further.”

Persimmon Homes has a range of developments across Essex, with work either underway or set to start at sites in or near Chelmsford, Hockley, Colchester, Heybridge, Saffron Walden and Bishop’s Stortford.
