Bexhill
Sitting on the sunny south coast of East Sussex, Bexhill, or Bexhill-on-Sea, is a bustling and friendly coastal town with so much going for it. As British seaside towns go, this one certainly stands out – Victorian terraced houses sit alongside the eye-catching modernist pavilion; the charming promenade of gift shops and cafes is in addition to a wide range of supermarkets and high street shops; Bob Marley played his first ever UK gig here, and it was also the site of the first British motor race. There really is something for everyone in Bexhill!
Newcomers can benefit from great family-friendly facilities, a range of outdoor activities and nature spots, plus transport links along the coast and into London.
