Directions

The development is found off the A449 through the main centre of Penkridge.

Situated in a very popular location due to the central access to both Stafford and Wolverhampton. For the daily commuters, the M6 is accessed within a few miles of the development.

The town is famous for its traditional open stall market held every Wednesday and Saturday so you’ll able to buy delicious fresh local produce all year round. Lyne Hill Meadow is also within walking distance of the local supermarket as well as well-respected local schools for children of all ages.

Leisure

Penkridge has its own leisure centre which has a small swimming pool, sports hall and fitness suite, located adjacent to Walgarston High School off the Cannock Road. There is a private health club at the Hatherton House Hotel within the town centre. The area also boasts a good selection of sporting and leisure activities, including fishing at Pillaton Hall Farm, golf at Chase Golf Club and horse riding at Cannock Chase Trekking Centre.

There are excellent transport links in the immediate area including the M6 Toll, the M6 and Penkridge and Stafford train stations for main line services to London, Birmingham, Manchester and Liverpool. Penkridge lies on the A449 and is mid-way between junctions 12 and 13 of the M6 motorway. It is served by National Express long-distance coaches, and also by local buses provided by Arriva.

Penkridge has it's own medical practice, further health support is supplied by larger NHS facilites in nearby cities Wolverhampton and Stafford.
