Directions

Leave the M53 at Junction 5; exit the roundabout on to New Chester Road heading towards Port Sunlight. The development is situated just 3 miles from the motorway.

Shopping

There is an Asda superstore located less than 1 mile from the development. Within walking distance of the site are a number of general stores and an off license. The nearby towns and cities such as Chester and Liverpool offer a wealth of high street stores and boutiques.

Leisure

There’s a good selection of golf clubs, football grounds, parks and museums in the local area, with Liverpool hosting legendary sporting venues like Aintree, Goodison Park, Anfield and Prenton Park.
