As the most southerly city of mainland Britain, Truro is a unique and fascinating place to set up home. Living here gives you excellent local amenities, with a fantastic selection of independent shops, lifestyle markets and great restaurants. There's the variety of a large indoor market at Lemon Quay, occasional farmers' markets and major stores such as Marks and Spencer. The famous coastline and wide open spaces of Cornwall are on your doorstep.
The city of Truro is ideally situated just off the A30 dual carriageway, giving easy access to the city of Exeter and the M5. Copperfields benefits from exceptional public transport links, ensuring easy access around this coastal county. Just a short walk from the city centre, Truro railway station is on the Cornish mainline and there are direct trains to London Paddington.
There's plenty to do in the local area, and for those who enjoy the great outdoors, the Cornish countryside has much to offer; beautiful walks along the Truro River and the nearby Roseland Peninsula Coastal Path are a couple of highlights. There are also a number of sports amenities close by, including a leisure centre, golf course and tennis courts.
