Bodmin is just off the A30, the main road route from Exeter in East Devon, all the way to Penzance via Launceston and Truro. It's also convenient for the A38 to Plymouth, making this development a great starting point for easy access around the county for work and leisure. It's just about half-way between Cornwall's two stunning coastlines. Padstow, Rock and Port Isaac are on the north coast, and Fowey, Polperro and Looe are on the south. With the wild open space of Bodmin Moor on your doorstep you will be spoilt for choice.

Bodmin sits at the heart of the Cornish landscape and is ideally located to reach Cornwall's stunning north and south coasts. The major cities of Plymouth, Exeter and Truro are all within an easy drive. For getting out and about, there are plenty of activities nearby, including the renowned Camel Trail - a family-friendly, scenic and easy-going walking and cycling trail to Padstow on the coast. The historic Bodmin Jail provides some clues to a past life in this Cornish town.
Bodmin is ideal for families, offering a choice of education from nursery through to college, with a range of primary schools including Berrycoombe Primary, St Mary's Catholic Primary and St Petrocs C of E Primary, up to Bodmin College Sixth form.
Priory Meadows is within a 10 minute drive of Bodmin Parkway train station where trains run west to Falmouth and Penzance, and east to Looe and Plymouth. For car drivers the A38 is a stone's throw away, heading east to Saltash and Plymouth. The newly extended A30 provides convenient access to the M5 within approximately 45 minutes.
