Schools close-by

Phoenix Park is close to a number of schools, including Dunstable Icknield Lower School, which is an Ofsted-rated ‘Outstanding’ school less than a mile away. Priory Academy, another ‘Outstanding’ school, is also close to the development and caters for children aged 9-13. Secondary schools include Queensbury Academy and Barnfield West Academy - both of which are rated ‘Good’ schools.

Convenient transport links

Phoenix Park is ideal for commuters, with connections to London, Milton Keynes and the North via the M1, the A5, M25 and M40. If you prefer to travel by train, there are two stations just a couple of miles away. A train from Luton will get you to London St Pancras in just 28 minutes. For travel further afield, Luton airport is just 6.5 miles away, giving you global links from your doorstep, but far enough away to not disturb you.
