Close to a wide range of shopping

Thanks to the proximity to Nuneaton, residents of Eaton Place will have no shortage of retail opportunities - supermarkets including Asda and Sainsbury's are within a five-minute drive, along with a wide range of large and independent brands in the Abbeygate and Ropewalk shopping centres less than 10 minutes away. For a wider range of shops Coventry and Leiscester can both be reached in about half an hour, while a train from Nuneaton will take you to the centre of Birmingham in 30 minutes, to shop to your heart's content in the Bullring & Grand Central.

Another scenic spot is Hartshill Hayes Country Park, offering peaceful walking trails, a playground and visitor centre 12 minutes from Eaton Place. If your favourite way to keep active is by playing sports or heading to the gym, you're in luck – there are a number of gyms to choose from nearby, while The Ambleside Club in Nuneaton boasts football and cricket pitches, an all-weather floodlit playing area, three tennis courts and two netball courts.

Eaton Place benefits from fantastic transport links, with both Nuneaton and Hinckley offering train stations just a few minutes from the development, meaning you can reach London Euston in under an hour. For road travel the M6, M42 and A5 are all nearby, providing easy access to Birmingham, Leicester and Coventry. The area is served by a good bus network, and for travel further afield Birmingham and East Midlands airports are both around half an hour away.
