Great transport links

Kirkcaldy has direct access to the A92 (0.5 miles), heading south to Dunfermline and Edinburgh, or north towards Dundee and Perth. The north-east of Fife, St Andrews and the East Neuk are also accessible via the A915, 1.8 miles away. Kirkcaldy has the added benefit of a mainline train station providing regular services to Edinburgh, Dundee, Perth and beyond, and for travel further afield it's a 30-minute drive to Edinburgh Airport.

No shortage of retail opportunities

Rosslyn Gait is ideally situated for accessing a range of shops and amenities. You'll find a garden centre and bakery within a six-minute walk of the development, or make the eight-minute drive into the heart of Kirkcaldy to enjoy the excellent range of high street and independent brands. For a wider range still, travel less than half an hour to reach popular Dunfermline, with its fantastic shopping streets and heritage quarter.

Get out and about in Fife

1.2 miles from Rosslyn Gait is charming Dysart Harbour, a pretty stop on the Fife Coastal Path. Just west along the coastal path you'll find family-friendly Ravenscraig Park and Castle, with spectacular sea views. Further inland, Beveridge Park is home to a boating lake, formal garden, woodland and sporting grounds. Finally there's Dunnikier Park, where there are plenty of peaceful woodland walkways.

Rosslyn Gait is also within easy reach of the East Neuk of Fife, a section of stunning coastline that stretches from Elie to Kingsbarns, dotted with pretty seaside villages and tiny harbours.
