You'll find a fantastic range of shops and amenities in and around Bolsover. The attractive town centre is lined with many independent local businesses including gift shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes, along with several high street favourites and essential services. For the weekly shop there's a handy Morrisons just 0.6 miles from the development, along with a Co-op and B&M close-by – or, you could pick up fresh local produce from the twice-weekly market. For a full day of retail therapy Sheffield, with its vast Meadowhall Centre, is around half an hour away.

Bolsover Castle, the development's namesake, sits just on the edge of the town centre. For further education there are colleges in nearby Chesterfield, and university campuses in Chesterfield, Sheffield and Mansfield.
