Located to the south west of Wellesbourne village, The Grange is within easy reach of local amenities and has everything you need for day-to-day living, with a select range of shops, restaurants and pubs. The popular Wellesbourne Airfield Market is open every Saturday from 9am to 4pm, and you'll be within easy reach of the new Sainsbury's superstore. Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, Leamington Spa and Birmingham are all within easy reach, providing a wide range of fantastic shopping, leisure and cultural amenities.
Situated close to the Cotswolds and not far from the Malvern Hills, Wellesbourne has some of England's most beautiful countryside right on its doorstep. There are meadows and green spaces along the River Dene which flows through the heart of the village, and the prize-winning heritage site at Chedham's Yard with a restored blacksmith and wheelwright workshop, dates from the early 19th century. Stratford-upon-Avon, the birthplace of Shakespeare, is nearby, and is famed for its historic buildings, riverside gardens, and of course its theatre.
The M40 and A46 are the main routes across the county, linking you to London, Oxford and Birmingham. The A46 connects with the M5 for travel to Bristol and the South West. The A429 takes you into the heart of the Cotswolds and is a direct as well as scenic route. Stratford-on-Avon train station offers Great Western, Chiltern Hills and Cross Country Rail services.
