Tawcroft is approximately 8 minutes away from Barnstaple by car and is close to the A361 which links with the M5. Barnstaple's train station is one mile from Tawcroft, with trains to Exeter taking an hour. Exeter airport, an hour away by car, offers both domestic and international flights. The development also benefits from being close to the frequent bus routes into Barnstaple and the surrounding areas. The Atlantic Highway, the A39, follows the North Devon coast to Cornwall, with fantastic beaches along the way at Instow and Westward Ho!
